Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Acceptable use

• Only send email to recipients who have consented to hear from you.
• Include a working unsubscribe link and honor opt-outs.
• No spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful or deceptive content.
• Do not abuse shared sending infrastructure or attempt to bypass limits.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or threaten deliverability for others.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the delivery of any given email.
