This Privacy Policy explains what information Synapse (“we”) collects when you use the app, how we use it, and the choices you have. Replace this template with your reviewed legal copy before launch.

Information we collect

• Account data — your email address and name, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
• Content you create — email templates, contact lists you upload, and campaign data, stored to provide the service.
• Provider credentials — API keys for the email service you connect are encrypted at rest and used only to send on your behalf.
• Usage & billing — subscription status is managed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.

How we use it

To operate the editor, send the emails you request, process payments, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & deletion

Your content is retained while your account is active. You can delete templates, lists, and integrations at any time; deleting your account removes associated data.
